The fast-paced world clouded by the pressures of work and the demands of living compounds stress. This is why spa and sauna businesses have been a booming industry in the recent years because people are made to believe that availing their services is the only effective means to de-stress. However, there is no need to go on a money splurging activity to relieve stress. Here are some simple ways by which you could deal with stress without having to burn some cash.

1. Learn to smile.

Dont undermine the power of smiling. Take every opportunity to flash that million dollar smile. As surprising as it may seem, smiling could actually lighten a very unpleasant situation.

2. Talk about what stresses you.

Talking about problems and sources of anxiety is a great way to release the burden of having to deal with a stressful day. It doesnt only relieve stress; it also enriches your social life and keeps you in touch with friends and family.

3. Keep a journal and write about your feelings.

There are some people who might not be that comfortable sharing their emotions to others no matter how close they are to the person. When such is the case, journal writing is the way to go. Writing about what happened during the day is a manner of cleansing oneself of all the anxieties during a hard day at work.

4. Reading a book that interests you.

Reading a good book increases your knowledge, and do well for your overall health. A really inspiring book can elicit a feeling of lightness and motivation in a person. Sometimes, it can even encourage a person to act on life-changing decisions.

5. Laughing at short funny jokes.

Studies show that 40% of people who have heart diseases are less likely to be inclined to laughing. As funny as it may seem, laughter might just be the cheapest and easiest way to relieve stress. Joking around with friends, watching funny films or TV shows and reading funny comics are cheap and fun solutions to de-stress.

Stress may be part of everyday living, but that doesnt necessarily equate to letting it through and take over. Accentuating the positive is a solution to deal with it. After all, stress is not what occurs; its how one reacts to it.

It is very exciting when we get to see history unfold before our eyes. Many people in our past generations (such as our parents) were able to see man landing on the moon for the first time. When something like this happens it is exciting and amazing to know that you were able to witness it. This year in 2008 many Americans will remember watching their televisions once again as the first black man was elected as the President of the Unites States.

For over a year we watched and listened to Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama plead their cases to the American people and state why they would be best for President. It was believed that John McCain would win with no problems – but the people spoke otherwise. On November 4th Barack Obama won the Presidency by a landslide. Being in office Barack must now face the biggest challenge of his life. He must be able to rule a country that is slowly easing towards a depression and is in the middle of a war that will never seem to end.

This requires him to be able to fulfill all of the promises that got him into this demanding position. The American people are now asking whether or not he will be able to take the soldiers out of Iraq and harms way? Or will he be able to steer us clear from a depression and into an economy that people cannot only afford – but can also enjoy to live in. He has four years to prove himself.

Along with trying to keep the country well run and balanced out he most endure criticism from everyone. The fact that he is the first black President makes him an icon forever and someone that many people will look up to. But it also means that others will not like him. But this comes with the territory does it not? We see it with every President that takes office.

When you are in such a high position of power you are required to do EVERYTHING right. One small wrong move like not pronouncing a word right or wearing the wrong clothes will be ridiculed and splashed on every comedic television show and website. The media rules the minds of people and the media is everywhere. It plays a big role in peoples lives and is the easiest way to spread the word.

Already many websites have begun to spread around Obama jokes. Ill admit that a few of them are a bit funny – but every once in a awhile I will run across some that can take things a little too far. Lets remember that as our President we do have the right to criticize – but we also need to respect him. After all he is the most powerful man in the country and he can control most things. Lets try to keep him happy and we wish him good luck on the next four years!

Not only does the website traffic spike, but as writers we are flooded with comments and e-mails coming in thanking us for what we have written, or criticizing us for the words that we have put forth. With all this considered it should also be known that some of the most non-politically correct and humorous content goes viral quickest.

But with that said it can also get you in the most trouble the fastest. Therefore, you should realize that you should NOT write anything that might be considered racist, or too over the top. That’s my advice to you, and I hope you will listen to what I’ve said here today. Please consider this.

A Gamer’s Plea

With video game technology advancing so fast and so far from where it started, one can’t help but to entertain the idea of where it’s going to go from here. After all, that is part of a larger creative process and we’d like to think that our writings contribute even in some small way. One of the earliest video games that we can remember is Commodore’s “Pong.” But never did we think the industry would have reached the point where it is today. One thing is for sure however, and that’s the gaming is pushing full force ahead.

Today we did a little fantasizing to see where our imagination and desires would take us.

The following offers some suggestions of what could be done short of a little thing called, “impossible.”

We’re a little intrigued with the “Sun Game Glasses” idea. Wearing a pair of dark sunglasses and using the technology implemented by Nintendo’s “Wii” system, we could literally watch a game take place right before our eyes and then interact with it using a device that’s about the size of a pen. Since this isn’t exactly a new idea, we’re curious to watch what develops from University of South Australia’s ‘ARQuake’ project1 – a springboard for this kind of gaming to develop in the near future for sure.

Another cool idea we’d like to see erupt within the gaming industry is the ability to talk to the characters inside a game. Some games allow players to textually speak to game characters already, but we’d like to see this pushed a little further. We’d like to be able to orally interact with characters: ask questions, joke around, warn and speak to them as if we were speaking to another human being. And we’d like to hear these characters talk back! It’s the ultimate artificial intelligence opportunity and although it would probably be years before this technology would be available on a wide scale, we’re sure it would be a hit.

Will we ever get to the point where we can play inside a simulated environment the way the characters in Star Trek: The Next Generation could play? Virtual reality is getting close, but the reality of the simulation is gone the moment we put on the silly-looking goggles and gloves. In order for simulation of this sort to work, there has to be as little a barrier between gamers and the game as possible. We don’t what to just think we’re inside a game, we want to feel that we’re inside a game and to be honest, we don’t want to have to go somewhere outside our home to do so.

The television or computer screen will suffice for now, but in the future, we’re going to want to be surrounded with the elements that make gaming the wonder that it is today. We’re going to want to transform our dens or bedrooms into a virtual alien ship or simulated jungle. In short, we want a new world.

One possible obstacle to bringing this fantasy into our living rooms is public acceptance. Would the public be ready for such a high level of entertainment? And could the public handle it? Immediately following Nintendo’s Wii release, customers were ready to complain that they wanted their old controller back! So as with any new development, there will surely be unintended consequences and although we’re gung-ho for these types of advances, we also share concerns about the impact it would have on an audience that isn’t “virtually ready.”

As a result, we can certainly envision a few laws introduced that restricted the use of our fantasy gaming. We already have some laws that attempt the same now and in our opinion, that’s a good thing. The last thing we want to encounter in gaming is physical harm – especially when we’re trying to enjoy virtual entertainment!

So then guys, inside jokes. I found this to work TREMENDOUSLY well for me the past few times i’ve tried it. The first time I used it, I didn’t think anything of it or realize that I had actually done it, but then the second time I deliberately set one up, just to see if it would have the same effect, now I use it on almost every girl I want to keep around for a potential LTR, and thought i’d share it with you guys so you can have the same success as me using it.

The first time I did this was when I was chatting to a girl online from my town. I planned to meet up with her and if she met my standards in person then i’d keep her to one side for a potential long term relationship in the future. At the time of creating Inside Joke number 1, we were on our webcams to each other and the room I was in was a total mess, as I was having a tidy up, and I found a stuffed animal. I can’t remember exactly what she said, but my reaction was “Anymore of that, and you will be killed”. Her response was “by who!?” and I picked this stuffed animal off the floor, stuck it in front of the cam and had her in stitches. We gave the stuffed bear a nickname and it was our little private joke. The animal made more appearances on cam, and when we were chatting with a group of friends, a topic came up and I mentioned our nickname of the stuffed bear. The others in the group looked clueless, but us two were in hysterics. It created a connection and bought us together, and made for some funny conversations in the future between us.

The second inside joke was when I took up the role of James Bond while I was out with a girl shopping. We went into a shop, which was empty apart from the two of us and the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper in there said I had a likening to one of the actors who has previously played James Bond and asked my date if she agreed. She did agree, and from then on I started acting like a 007 agent, which was PERFECT for me, because I often use the “I’m a member of the FBI” line when I want to keep myself mysterious to a women, yet keep it humerous. This made for some GREAT kino, you know what James is like with his women! Again, when we got together in groups, this was brilliant, as everyone else was puzzled why she kept calling me James. One of my friends thought I had been lying about my name!

9) CHILDREN: A woman knows all about her children. She knows doctors and dentists appointments. All their friends, their favorite, and not so food favorite, and their secret fears and their hopes and dreams. Most men, but not as much as many years, are aware of some short people sharing the house.

10) TOYS: Little girls love play with toys. Then, when they reach the age of about 12, they seem to lose interest. However, men NEVER out of their obsession with toys. As they grow up, the toys just get more expensive. A chain store has a section called “Big Boys Toys.”

To conclude this article, I wish to emphasize the points are not all women are alike – Not all men are alike.

After found the girl from an internet pit-station the group took the victim to an apartment of a boyfriend as one of the main suspects, beating her nearly continuously. The clip begins with a group of girl turn around the victim, one of them hitting her on the back of the head. The suspects pulled her hair, slapped her in the face and forced her , tell the victim to slap the face by herself, make a march in step with completely *****.

The victim was fall to the floor after many violent beat of suspect girls or one of them.The assault continued, with the assailants joking with each other boys to make the victims ordeal. As the clip ended,two and more of them then grabbed victim leg and they forced victim to make easy for other boys rapped successlly.

But one of the most important on this case that one of a witness working at the internet was told that the Khai Binh police dept has been investigated but do not have any result for the case at that time.( july 2007) .

At last ,on july 2008 The Police opened an investigation of seven girls in their teens on charges of assaulting another girl of about the same age and 4 other teen- boys.All of them are less than 17 years old to reach adulthood ,police will track down some suspects were run away to prosecuted.

Police has been arrested all of suspects but don’t announce about who’s the most closely concernet as the instigator, keep close watch their ***** movement in the assaults video clip .Police said they would also question the person who posted the clip on the Internet.

The girl seen in the assault as a victim is a 17-year-old classmate of the suspects.

Why are there so many funny stuff websites and what do they want from us? Thats easy: funny staff sites are the future of the entertainment of the internet. For instance, uvug.com clearly states on its home page that it is in the business of the funniest videos, photos, ebay auctions, and any other weird stuff we find. These sites have non-commercial purposes and whats more the funny pictures and others alike are all for free. Sure, they have sponsors who place banners on their sites and it would be a courtesy from us seeing what they are all about. But for the rest, this is what webmasters of funny pictures sites would like from us: view, giggle, or burst into laughter maybe find a good tip or two download whatever we find interesting, humorous or worthy to be send to the others then walk away in a good mood. Thats it!
